After an issue was discovered upon the initial installation, Feature Fencing had to rework the design and came back a couple of weeks later with the revised gate and panels. We were looking for a gate in a tricky location against a retaining wall with a slight slope. Many other providers wanted to get a deposit and start fabricating, but Feature Fencing were happy to do a proper measurement. They came up with a great design for the installation and made sure all the details were right including gap width between slats and colour to match our existing fence. The installation was great, taking the time to make sure everything was plumb and the gate swing is perfect. Very happy with the quality of the gate and the installation.

A fabulous company to deal with. Friendly, helpful and professional from beginning to end. Not to mention very patient as we changed our specs numerous times! Our new fence looks excellent, the installer did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Even when the installer went through a retic pipe (location unknown to any of us), he helped us fix it and moved on.
I purchased an aluminium pool fence from Feature Fencing recently and had it fitted by a family friend.The whole process went very smoothly right from the measuring up, through to manufacture and then the fitting. Everything fit perfectly and didn't require any trimming. All of the staff that I dealt with (Mark, John and Lesley) were all very friendly and professional. I have no complaints and would use Feature Fencing again.
Fantastic experience from end to end. Someone came buy to quote the day after we asked for one, they manufactured some fencing infill for us to match some existing infill (decades old) that was a perfect match, and had it installed 2 weeks after manufacture was paid for. It looks great, high quality, quick and easy. I would recommend Feature Fencing to anyone!
I have to admit I'm a pretty harsh critic. When I came home at the end of the day and saw the job that was completed I couldn't have been happier. I love attention to detail right down the the cleanliness of the entry point of the posts into the limestone. I inspected it all and I have to admit the workmanship was flawless. Could not be happier. I thoroughly recommend this company.
Excellent service and craftsmanship, the entire process from first contact to quote and then installation was seamless. When the quote was being prepared on site Mark took the time to ask questions about how I would use the access gates on my property and suggested options that would suit my needs.
